Community Guidelines

Sotemi is for sharing privately with the people who are actually part of each Moment. These guidelines keep that space safe and respectful.

What we expect from everyone

  1. Share memories only with people who should actually be in the event.
  2. Comment respectfully and avoid harassment, threats, hate, bullying or doxxing.
  3. Do not upload sexual, exploitative, illegal or violent content.
  4. Do not upload media without rights or consent.
  5. Do not share private event content outside the group without permission.
  6. Do not try to access events or content without authorization.
  7. Use reporting and blocking tools when something feels unsafe.

Reports and blocking

You can report posts, stories, comments and profiles from the app, and block anyone.

Reports are reviewed by the Sotemi team. During the beta, review may be manual through internal tools.

When the guidelines are not followed

Sotemi may remove content, restrict access, contact the people involved or take other steps needed to protect the community and comply with the law and the terms.
